Our level one damp survey consists of a thorough inspection of the interior and exterior of the property, checking walls, ceilings, and floors for signs of dampness.
As well as assessing the walls, floors, and ceilings of the interior and exterior of the property, our Level 2 survey also includes an analysis of the wooden structures and loft timbers of the home. This ensures we can identify wood rot, woodworm, or any potential risks.
Level 3 covers everything from Levels 1 & 2, as well as the use of high-tech kit to help us gain a deeper perspective of the dampness and humidity of your property. This includes thermal imaging, air humidity testing, borescope camera inspection, ventilation flow tests, drone imagery, and more.
This package is available as an add-on to the level survey you choose. We will take ten plaster samples from around the home and take them to the lab for testing. This allows us to gain an incredibly accurate insight into the level of moisture in your walls.
